【 용 례 】 검역관은 수입이 금지된 물건이 수입되거나 수출국의 정부기관에 의하여 발행된 검역증명서를 첨부하지 아니한 지정검역물이 수입된 때에는 화주(그 대리인을 포함한다. 이하 같다)에게 반송을 명할 수 있으며, 반송하는 경우 가축전염병예방에 지장이 있다고 인정하는 경우에는 소각 또는 매몰을 명할 수 있다. 다만, 농림수산식품부령이 정하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다 In cases where the articles, whose importation is prohibited, or the designated quarantine articles without the quarantine certificate issued by the relevant government agency of the exporting country, have been imported, the quarantine official may order the owner of the said articles (including his/her agent; hereinafter the same shall apply) to return the said articles to their origins of exportation;and in case of returning such articles, the official may order to incinerate or bury them if returning such articles deems to be an obstacle to the prevention of livestock epidemics: Provided, That this provision shall not apply, to such case as is prescribed by ordinance of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
