【 용 례 】 보건복지가족부장관은 환수를 하는 경우에 보상금등을 반환할 자가 기한내에 이를 반환하지 아니한 때에는 국세 체납처분의 예에 의하여 이를 징수한다 In cases where the Minister of Health, Welfare and Family Affairs redeems compensations, etc., he/she shall collect such compensation, etc. pursuant to the examples of dispositions on national tax payment default when those, who are to return such compensation, etc., fail to return them within the specified period. 

【 용 례 】 점유자가 점유물을 반환할 때에는 회복자에 대하여 점유물을 보존하기 위하여 지출한 금액 기타 필요비의 상환을 청구할 수 있다. 그러나 점유자가 과실을 취득한 경우에는 통상의 필요비는 청구하지 못한다 When a possessor restores the article in possession to a person who retrieves such article, the possessor may demand the retriever to reimburse any costs and other necessary expenses paid in order to preserve such article: Provided, That in case the possessor has acquired the fruits, ordinary necessary expenses shall be borne by himself. 

【 용 례 】 자동차등록번호판을 반환받은 운송사업자는 이를 당해 화물자동차에 달고 시·도지사의 봉인을 받아야 한다 The operator of the freight trucking services to whom the number plates of trucks have been restored shall have them attached to the trucks concerned and have the official seal of the Mayor/Do governor upon them. 

【 용 례 】 보험사업자등이 심사를 청구하는 경우에는 당해 의료기관에 대통령령이 정하는 금액을 미리 지급하고 나머지 금액은 심의회의 심사의 결과에 따라 이자를 가산하여 지급하여야 한다. 이 경우 미리 지급한 금액이 심사결과에 따른 자동차보험 진료수가를 초과한 때에는 이를 받은 의료기관은 그 초과한 금액에 이자를 가산하여 반환하여야 한다 In case of requesting an assessment, the insurer, etc. shall in advance pay the amount as prescribed by Presidential Decree and later pay out the balance with its interest added in compliance with the decision of the Council. In case such pre-paid amount exceeds the amount of medical fees settled upon the result of assessment by the Council, the medical institution, that has received the amount in advance, shall refund its excess with due interest added thereto.
