【 용 례 】 이 법 또는 이 법에 의한 명령이나 처분은 당해 명령이나 처분의 목적이 된 가축 또는 물건의 소유자로부터 권리를 승계한 자 또는 새로운 권리의 설정에 의하여 관리자가 된 자에 대하여도 그 효력이 있다 This Act or any order or disposition thereunder shall also be binding on any person who has succeeded to the rights of the owner of the livestock or goods subject to the foregoing order or disposition or on any person who has become the manager of the said livestock or goods by the creation of new rights.
