【  용  례  】 건설기계가 멸실된 때 Where construction machines are destroyed. 

【 용 례 】 등록업체는 외국물품등을 멸실·분실한 경우 또는 폐기하고자 하는 경우에는 대통령령이 정하는 바에 따라 세관장 에게 신고하여야 한다 A registered entity shall, if foreign goods, etc. has been destroyed or lost or it intends to disuse them, make report to the head of a customhouse concerned in accordance with Presidential Decree. 

【 용 례 】 “신축”이라 함은 건축물이 없는 대지(기존건축물이 철거 또는 멸실된 대지를 포함한다)에 새로이 건축물을 축조 하는 것(부속건축물만 있는 대지에 새로이 주된 건축물을 축조하는 것을 포함하되, 개축 또는 재축에 해당하는 경우를 제외한다)을 말한다 The term “new construction” means the construction of a new building (including the new construction of a main building on any site in which there is only an accessory building, but excluding any case falling under an alteration or reconstruction) on a site in which there is no building (including a site where an existing building is torn down or demolished). 

【 용 례 】 채무자가 담보를 손상, 감소 또는 멸실하게 한 때 If an obligor has damaged, reduced or extinguished a security. 【 용 례 】 고정자산으로서 천재·지변·화재 등 대통령령이 정하는 사유로 인하여 파손 또는 멸실된 것 Fixed assets which are damaged or lost due to natural disasters, fires, or other causes asprescribed byPresidential Decree.
