날인(하다) affixture of a seal (seal;affix a seal)
【 용 례 】 건설공사에 관한 도급계약의 당사자는 그 계약의 체결에 있어서 도급금액·공사기간 기타 대통령령이 정하는 사항을 계약서에 명시하여야 하며, 서명·날인한 계약서를 서로 교부하여 보관하여야 한다 In concluding a contract for construction works, the parties to the contract shall, in writing, specify the amount of the contract, period of work, and other matters as determined by Presidential Decree, and shall deliver the singed and sealed duplicate of the contract to the other party for preservation.
【 용 례 】 개업노무사는 그가 작성 또는 확인한 서류에 기명·날인하여야 한다 The certified labor consultant shall sign and affix a seal on the documents he/she wrote or confirmed.
