【  용  례  】 현금·물품·유가증권 기타의 재산을 망실 또는 훼손한 사실이 발견된 때 When the fact, that cash, articles, negotiable instruments or other property are lost or damaged, is discovered. 

【 용 례 】 지방해양항만청장은 개항의 항계안 또는 항계의 부근에서 선박의 항행을 방해하거나 항행에 위험을 미칠 우려가 있는 표류물·침몰물등의 물건을 발견한 때에는 그 물건의 소유자 또는 점유자에 대하여 그 제거를 명할 수 있다 If the chief of a regional maritime affairs and port office finds any drifting or sunken articles in or near the boundaries of an open port, which might obstruct or endanger a ship’s navigation, he/she may order the owner or possessor of such articles to remove them. 

【 용 례 】 소년원장은 처우심사를 한 후 당해 보호소년의 개별교정처우계획에 불합리한 점이 발견된 때에는 지체없이 처우 심사위원회에 회부하여 개별교정처우계획을 수정하여야 한다 When, after a treatment review is done, an individual treatment plan for a protected juvenile is found unreasonable, the director of a juvenile reformatory shall, without delay, refer to the Treatment Review Committee and revise such individual treatment plan. 

【 용 례 】 위탁받은 업무를 행한 단체 및 전문 연구·검사기관은 그 업무를 수행함에 있어서 법령위반사항을 발견한 때에는 지체없이 관할 시장·군수·구청장에게 이를 보고하여야 한다 Where the organizations and specialized research and inspection institutions, which have carried out the entrusted functions, detect a violation of any Act or subordinate statutes in the discharge of their functions, they shall report promptly such violation to the competent head of Si/Gun/Gu. 

【 용 례 】 형의 선고유예를 받은 자가 유예기간중 자격정지이상의 형에 처한 판결이 확정되거나 자격정지이상의 형에 처한 전과가 발견된 때에는 유예한 형을 선고한다 In case, during the period of the sentence suspension, a judgment on a person, whose sentence was suspended, is finalized to the suspension of qualifications or more severe punishments;or his/her prior conviction resulting in the suspension of qualifications or more severe punishments is disclosed, the suspended sentence shall be adjudicated.
