발항 departure (depart)
【 용 례 】 선박 또는 항공기가 발항 또는 기항한 지역에는 검역전염병이 없었다는 것 No quarantinable diseases have broken out in the area where the vessels or aircraft have departed from or dropped into.
【 용 례 】 세무서장은 체납처분을 집행함에 있어서 필요하다고 인정하는 때에는 선박·항공기·건설기계 또는 자동차에 대하여 일시정박 또는 정류를 하게 할 수 있다. 다만, 발항준비를 완료한 선박 또는 항공기에 대하여는 그러하지 아니하다 While executing the disposition for arrears, the director of the tax office may make vessels, aircraft, construction machines, or vehicles temporarily anchor or stop to operate when it is deemed to be necessary: Provided, That this shall not apply to those vessels or aircraft which are completely ready to depart.
