【 용 례 】 통지는 통지를 받을 자의 등기부상의 주소로 발송함으로써 그 효력이 있다. 그러나 대항력있는 임차권자에게는 그 목적부동산의 소재지에 발송하여야 한다 The notification shall take effect only when it is sent to the address of the receiver on the register. For a lessee having any opposable right, however, it shall be sent to the site of the secured real estate. 

【 용 례 】 공유자 또는 이해관계인에 대한 통지 기타 서류의 송달에 있어서는 공유자 또는 이해관계인의 등기부상의 주소 (소관청에 다른 주소를 신고한 경우에는 그 신고된 주소)에 서류를 등기우편으로 발송한 날부터 1주일이 경과한 날에 송달된 것으로 본다 In delivery of a notice or other documents to co-owners or interested parties, it shall be regarded that the delivery be made upon the lapse of a week from the day on which the document was 

dispatched to the address of co-owners and interested parties on the registry (the reported address, in case of reporting another address to the pertinent authority) by registered mail. 

【 용 례 】 대한민국의 국민이 있는 지역이 재외공관의 관할에 속하지 아니하는 경우에는 1월이내에 본적지의 시, 읍, 면의 장에게 증서의 등본을 발송하여야 한다 When a Korean citizen is outside the jurisdiction of missions abroad, an attested copy of documentary evidence shall be transmitted to the head of Si/Eup/Myeon, to which his/her permanent domicile belongs, within one month.
