【 용 례 】 국토해양부장관은 이 법에 의하여 개발부담금을 부과결정한 때에는 납부의무자에게 대통령령이 정하는 바에 의하여 납부고지서를 발부하여야 한다 Where the Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs decides to impose the development charges under this Act, he/she shall issue a notice of payment to the person obliged to pay under the conditions as determined by Presidential Decree. 

【 용 례 】 국토해양부장관은 납부의무자가 부담금을 납부기한내에 납부하지 아니한 때에는 납부기한 경과후 10일 이내에 독촉장을 발부하여야 한다. 이 경우 납부기한은 독촉장을 발부한 날부터 15일로 한다 The Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs shall, when a person liable to pay the charges fails to pay such charges within the fixed time limit, serve a demand notice on him/her within 10 days after the lapse of such fixed time limit. In this case, the time limit for paying such charges shall be 15 days from the date on which such demand notice was served. 

【 용 례 】 공단은 보험에 관계있는 자의 청구가 있는 때에는 보험료 기타 징수금카드를 열람시켜야 하며 필요한 때에는 증명서를 발부할 수 있다 The Corporation shall, upon request of any person related to the insurance, have him/her inspect the cards of premium and other dues, and may, if necessary, deliver the certificates. 

【 용 례 】 시·도지사는 납부의무자가 부담금을 납부기한내에 납부하지 아니한 때에는 납부기한의 경과후 10일이내에 독촉 장을 발부하여야 하며, 이 경우의 납부기한은 독촉장의 발부일부터 10일로 한다 In cases where the payment obliger has failed to pay a charge within the payment period, the Mayor/Do governor shall deliver an urging notice within ten days from the date of the expiration of the payment period, and the payment period in this case shall be ten days from the date of the release of such notice. 

【 용 례 】 납기가 정하여져 있는 수입은 그 납기말일이 속하는 연도. 다만, 그 납기소속의 회계연도내에 납입고지서를 발부 하지 아니한 때에는 그 납입고지서를 발부한 날이 속하는 연도 In case of the revenue of which the payment period has been determined, the year to which the last day of the said payment period belongs: Provided, That in a case where the payment notice has not been delivered during the fiscal year the said payment period belongs to, the year to which the date, on which the payment notice is sent out, belongs.
