  【  용  례  】                   자의 친권을 행사할 자의 지정과 변경, 양육방법의 결정등 미성년자인 자의 이해와 직접 관련되는 사항을 조정 함에 있어서는 미성년자인 자의 복지가 우선적으로 고려되어야 한다 In conciliating such matters as directly related

to the interest of a minor, including the designation and change of a person to exercise the parental authority over the child and the decision on the method of education, etc., the welfare of the minor shall be considered preferentially. 

  【 용 례 】    매수대상 토지를 매수하는 가격(이하 “매수가격”이라 한다)은 공시지가를 기준으로 당해 토지의 위치·형상· 환경 및 이용상황 등을 고려하여 평가한 금액으로 한다. 이 경우 매수가격의 산정시기 및 산정방법 등은 대통령령으로 정한다 The purchase price of the land subject to the purchase (hereinafter referred to as the “purchase price”) shall be an amount which is, taking into account the location, shape, environment and current utilization, etc. of such land, appraised on the basis of the publicly notified land price. In this case, the time and method of the calculation of the purchase price, etc. shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree. 

  【 용 례 】    조정위원회가 조정을 함에 있어서는 당사자의 이익외에 조정으로 인하여 영향받게 되는 모든 이해관계인의 이익을 고려하고 분쟁의 평화적·종국적 해결을 이룩할 수 있는 방안을 마련하여 당사자를 설득하여야 한다 The Conciliation Committee shall, in initiating a conciliation, take into consideration not only the interest of the parties, but also that of all interested persons who are to be affected by the conciliation, and persuade the parties, by providing them with a scheme to attain a peaceful and final settlement of disputes. 

  【 용 례 】    국토해양부장관은 개발부담금의 납부의무자가 개발부담금을 납부하기가 곤란하다고 인정되는 때에는 당해 개발 사업 목적에 따른 이용상황등을 고려하여 3년의 범위내에서 납부기일을 연기하거나 5년의 범위내에서 분할납부를 인정 할 수 있다 When the Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs approves that the payer of the development charges deem to be difficult to pay the charges, the Minister may authorize to defer the payment date within 3 years or to pay in installments within 5 years, taking account of the utilization situations according to the purpose of development works concerned.
